Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains the general approach to cancellations, pauses, and refunds for Narryx Signal services. Because agency work often involves reserved production time, strategy work, creative labor, campaign setup, and third-party commitments, refund eligibility depends on the status of the work and the governing scope.
1. Monthly Services
Monthly retainers reserve recurring agency capacity and may include planning, production, campaign management, reporting, and scheduled team time. Cancellation notice requirements should be stated in the accepted proposal or service agreement. Unless a specific agreement provides otherwise, clients should provide written notice before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal of future work.
2. Project-Based Services
Project fees compensate for research, planning, production, account setup, creative development, and reserved delivery capacity. If a project is cancelled after work begins, fees already paid may be applied to completed work, committed production time, approved external costs, and reasonable administrative closeout. Any remaining refundable amount, if applicable, will be determined from the work actually performed and commitments already made.
3. Advertising Spend and Third-Party Costs
Media spend paid or committed to advertising platforms is generally non-refundable by the agency. The same applies to non-cancellable third-party expenses such as software subscriptions, stock assets, talent, production vendors, printing, or other approved external costs. Refund eligibility for those amounts is governed by the third party that received the funds.
4. Completed Work
Fees for strategy sessions, completed deliverables, published content, campaign setup, account configuration, research, audits, reporting, or other completed work are not refundable merely because the client later changes direction or decides not to use the work.
5. Agency-Initiated Cancellation
If Narryx Signal cancels an engagement for reasons unrelated to client breach, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, or other client-caused issues, the agency will evaluate any prepaid amount that clearly relates to work not yet performed and determine an appropriate refund or credit.
6. How to Request Cancellation
Cancellation requests should identify the client, active service or project, requested effective date, and relevant reason. A cancellation is not considered complete until it is acknowledged through the normal project communication channel. Access, campaign ownership, files, and final billing may require an orderly closeout process.
7. Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, processing time may depend on payment method, banking systems, and administrative reconciliation. Approval of a refund does not obligate Narryx Signal to reimburse unrelated third-party charges.
